Ideally situated overlooking Wheelers Bay in Ventnor, this 1 bedroom detached cabin is a stone's throw away from the sea, so you are spoilt with seaviews from the villa, also with a lovely view of the chalky cliffside you feel at one with nature. This cabin is ideal for individuals/couples who need a much needed break from it all. Whether you need a great place for a honeymoon, a great bolt hole to go walking around the coast line or a great place to take your dog, this is definitely the place for you. The cabin has a seaside theme running through its veins and is very tastefully presented in pale colours. The villa is wonderfully positioned near the esplanade which enables you to take a short stroll of about 10 mins to the beach where there are plenty of good places to eat and drink. Besty and Spinkys café is great for breakfast just by Ventnor Haven. The local small town is also in walking distance, you may need to get in the car if walking is an issue as it is up a hill. Ventnor has a couple of supermarkets and some interesting shops to browse, also some good places to eat, including coffee/tea shops for coffee and cake.

Availability is given upon enquiry. The accommodation comprises the following:

Bedroom: good size double bedroom with double divan bed, with sea view with french doors opening on to a balcony.

Lounge/Dining Room: Wonderful sea view from side and front window, dining table and chairs for 2, leather sofa, TV with freeview channels, giving many channels to choose from. French doors opening to small seating area. NEW FOR 2019 WIFI.

Kitchen: modern kitchen in peppermint and white, fully equipped for a perfect self catering holiday; with built in fridge, built in cooker and hob, microwave, saucepans, cutlery, tableware etc. You even get a seaview from the kitchen.

Bathroom: modern shower room with good size shower, toilet and basin, finished off nicely with a cabin mirror.

Dogs: dog friendly; well behaved dogs are welcome, only 1 is allowable. You are able to take your dogs to Bonchurch beach all year, but dogs are only allowed on Ventnor beach during off peak times. There is Ventnor Green nearby also to exercise your dog.

Linen: all linen is included in the price. (You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels).

Parking: private parking just by the villa.

Outside: Enclosed Decked area to the side overlooking the sea, seating provided, plus through French doors off living room there is a private seating area overlooking the sea.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Haylie (the owner) a message.

If Haylie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
