Il villino the "Leccio" is the ground floor of a large building. The house is an ideal three-room apartment for a couple, a family of 4, a family of 6 or a group of friends; it is composed of: -living room with kitchenette, equipped with two sofa beds with TV -air-conditioned double bedroom -second bedroom with 2 single beds which can also be transformed into a double bed -full bathroom -exterior: 2 large terraces, a porch and a large garden. The house is equipped with complete tableware, hot outdoor shower with large onion, built-in barbecue, sun loungers and comfortable armchairs. Guests can relax in the garden on comfortable armchairs or sunbathe on the panoramic terrace. Customers will have the pleasure of spending a holiday in a quiet and reserved environment perceiving the scents of the Mediterranean scrub and enjoying the view of the crystal clear sea and the Ventotenese countryside. The guests of the "Leccio" will be welcomed at the port by mr. Ermanno, home owner, who will take them to their accommodation. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the central square and the main beach.
