El apartamento forma parte de la urbanización Baria II en primera línea de playa. La urbanización incluye jardines, 3 piscinas, un acceso directo a la playa, un parking, un corte de tenis y un parquecito para los peques. Junto a la urbanización esta el famoso restaurant B2Mohanas y su bar con WIFI.

El apartamento esta debidamente equipado y dispone de dos habitaciones con baños privados, una gran sala de estar/comedor, una cocina Americana y una terraza con vista al mar.

La habitación matrimonial tiene una cama doble y la otra dispone de dos camas literas y una simple.

En el sofá hay un canapé y una cama-canapé plegable de dos plazas.

La mesa comedor puede acoger a 6 personas incluye mas si se despliega.

La puerta principal esta segura y dispone de un mando a distancia.

El apartamento se encuentra en la zona Vera Playa. El parque acuático esta a 500 metros, el CABO DE GATA a 30 Km . Hay un club de Golf a 300 metros y el supermercado Consum se encuentra a 500 metros junto al parquet acuático.

La zona es muy agradable con restaurantes y chiringuitos a lo largo de la playa y la posibilidad de hacer excursiones a lo largo del año.

IMPORTANTE. Por la situacion del covid,19 no se proporciona toallas. Por favor traigen los suyos. Ademas, hay reglas de distanciacion social para las partes comunes de la urbanizacion en acuerdo con las normas oficiales. No duden en preguntar si necesitan mas informaciones. Muchas gracias

The property is part of the complex Baria II first line to the beach. The complex includes great gardens, 3 swimming pools, a parking lot, a tennis court and a play area for children. The restaurant B2Mohanas is right next to the complex and its bar offers free Wi-Fi.

The property is fitted with appliances and has two rooms with bathrooms. There is a large living/dining room with a kitchenette and a terrace with view to the sea.

The parent's room is fitted with a double bed and the other room has three beds two of which are bunk beds. The living room is equipped with a canapé and a folding bed.

The dining table is for 6 people and more if unfolded.

The gate is secure with a remote controlled key.

The property is in Vera Playa, near Garrucha. There is an aquatic park at 500 m near the supermarket Consum. There is also a golf club at 300m. CABO DE GATA is 30 km away,

This is a very nice and quiet area with lot to do and to sea (excursions, horse riding, karting, etc.,). There are lovely restaurants and bars all along the beach.

IMPORTANT: Because of the covid 19, there will be no towels available. please bring yours. And in accordance with official guidelines, social distancing measures have been implemented for the shared spaces inside the compound. Feel free to ask for more information. Thank you

L'appartement fait partie d'une urbanisation qui se trouve en première ligne en face de la mer et qui dispose : d'immenses jardins, de 3 piscines, d'un accès direct à la plage, d'une place de parking, d'une court de tennis et d'un petit aire de jeux pour enfants. Il y a également un restaurant réputé qui occupe une partie de l'urbanisation.

L'appartement est entièrement équipée et dispose de deux chambres avec salles de bain privées, d'un salon/salle à manger, d'une kitchenette et d'une terrasse avec vue sur la mer.

La chambre des parents est équipée d'un lit double et la chambre des enfants de trois lits dont deux superposés.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé lit de deux places et d'un autre canapé. Il y également une table à manger de six places.

L'urbanisation est sécurisée avec une entrée principale fermée par un portail à ouverture télécommandée.

L'appartement se trouve dans la zone de Vera Playa à 500 mètre du parc aquatique de Vera, à 30 km de Cabo de Gata, à 300 mètre d'un club de golf, à 500 m d'un supermarché.

Il s'agit d'une zone très agréable à vivre avec des petits restaurants et bars tout le long de la plage et plein de possibilités d'excursions.

IMPORTANT: A cause de la situation du COVID19, il n'y aura pas de serviettes à disposition. Merci de ramener les votres. En outre l'urbanisation à mis en place des règles de distanciation sociales pour les parties communes en accord avec les recommendations officielles. Merci
