The Al Andalus Hills are modern, newly build, gated, Alandalusian style complex. Our Self Catering Apartment is located on a 1st floor with a balcony, fitted with the table and 4 chairs, overlooking the beautiful tropical garden, playground and swimming pool on the left. It starts at 30 Euro a night. It sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms.

The Al Andalus Hills complex has an outdoor swimming pool, children's outdoor splash pool, children's play area, a gardens with palm trees, benches, heated indoor swimming pool operates during the winter months.

This property is suitable for children of all ages. There is an Air-conditioner which could be switched as a heater for the winter.

The apartments are fitted with a Fridge and freezer, washing and dishwashing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.

- The nearest beach is 5 minutes (driving).

- The nearest restaurants is 20 minutes (walking) or 5 min driving and caffe-bar is just 5 min walking.

- Consume and Mercadona supermarkets are 5 min drive and LIDL is in Vera.

A range of activities is also available in the area: shopping malls, theme park, water park, horse riding, hiking,go-karts, mountain biking, swimming, cycling, paragliding, tennis, fishing, water sports, walking, golf.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Irina (the owner) a message.

If Irina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
