Al Andalus Thalassa is wonderful gated, safe community with its own on site indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym as well as 2 outdoor pools. There are also paddle and tennis courts and children's playgrounds.

This 3 bed 2 bathroom property is on 2 levels, the top floor comprising of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a beautiful outdoor furnished terrace which can be accessed from the main bedroom or the landing.The ground floor has a lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen, utility area, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds and an outdoor eating area with table and chairs. All bedrooms have wardrobes. There is an allocated covered private parking space opposite to the property.

The house is well furnished and equipped, the lounge has a TV and DVD player. There is a selection of DVDs, including children's. There are plenty of books available. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board, as well as all utensils needed. Wi Fi is available, speed can vary.

There is also a travel cot.

The development is beautifully landscaped with lovely walkways and waterfall.

The property is air conditioned. Bedding, towels and beach towels are included.

The local bus service runs close by and there are lots of things to see and do in the area. Locally, within 5 minutes drive there is a very good water park (open Summer months), 4 golf courses, go karting, local markets, driving ranges etc. Places to see include; Mojacar Playa and Pueblo, Villaricos, Garrucha, Aguilas, San Juan los Terreos, Carboneras as well as many others.

There are many blue flag beaches within a 10 minute drive as well as lovely promenades to stroll along lined with wonderful restaurants and coffee shops and amazing chiringuitos on the beach.

The nearest airports are Almeria, Murcia and Alicante. Car hire is recommended.

There are 2 very good supermarkets close by as well as a pharmacy, bars and restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christine (the owner) a message.

If Christine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
