Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment, that sleeps up to 4 people. This family owned apartment is situated on a peaceful and private complex of Al Andalus Hill on the sunny Costa de Almeria, close to Vera Playa. Part of a friendly and fully secure community the apartment benefits from both a large outdoor & indoor pool and children's splash pool set in beautiful gardens. It also has a children’s play area and private parking. Offering an excellent base for your holiday this apartment provides everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday.

This air-conditioned apartment is furnished to a high standard featuring a double bedroom with ensuite, a twin room & bathroom, a spacious living/dining area, kitchen and a private front garden with a large terrace. The patio is south-west facing with excellent views of Mojacar Pueblo and the mountains, a sun trap during the shorter winter days. With winter temperatures of around 20C, this is an ideal retreat for the longer booking.

There is a good bus service to the nearby towns of Garrucha, Mojacar and Vera Town and supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a small waterpark are all within walking distance. The nearest beach is just a 15 minute walk, and there are so many other beautiful beaches within a 10-20 minute drive that you could visit a different one every day of your holiday! A number of golf courses are close by including the world famous Desert Springs, Valle del Este and Marina Golf.

Our rates are such that you can still enjoy a fantastic relaxing summer holiday without the huge expense of restaurant meals every night. There is an abundance of fresh local produce from the harbour and markets if you prefer to eat in.

Our prices are for use of the apartment, not per person which includes water, so your holiday is easy to plan and budget. Electricity is included in the price during summer months. However, during winter months (Nov - Mar) or for longer term rentals, electricity and WiFi are an additional charge, payable at the end of your stay.

Please note information on arrival and departure times:

The accommodation is available from 16h00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, check-out is 10h00 at the latest. Time is needed to clean and prepare for the next guests. If possible, these schedules can be flexible.

There will be a charge of 25 euros for late arrivals after 18h00. The latest arrival time is at 19h00.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Victoria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
