Cozy living-dining room, open kitchen with dishwasher and all appliances, 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (washbasin in each room), plus two folding bunk beds in one room, shower with WC, bathroom with tub and toilet, balconies and windows towards NE, SE and SW (sunshine all day long).

Panoramic view towards South-West (Mont blanc range in the distance).

Skiroom, 2 parking spaces. Bus stop across the street.

Fully equipped : cable television and DVD player, wifi, oven, microwave, coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue, toaster, basic food stock, sledges, cot and baby chair on request.

Consumables provided (toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher product and all cleaning products), tea towels, bath mats.

Discount agreement (20%) for Internet pre-booking of ski/snowboard and skiwear rental and purchases (10%) with a nearby skishop.

Laundry in the residence, with washing machine, dryer and clothesline (laundry products supplied).

Owner ready to help.

Supplement of 10 € per night per person for a 7th and 8th persons in the apartment.

A supplement of 40 € is requested in case of presence of an animal.

The final cleaning fee (and the animal supplement) will be refunded in whole or in part depending on the cleanliness of the apartment upon departure of the tenant.

How do damage deposits work?
