Dimora Matteotti large and sunny apartment with 2 bedrooms and 6 beds. The recently renovated apartment, located on the third floor of a stately building with a lift looks like a clever fusion of modern and antique furniture. La Dimora, characterized by a 60s marble floor and parquet, opens into a large entrance with a modern system of night lights: on the right is the large kitchen in clear tones equipped with everything needed for cooking and a coffee table with chairs for a quick breakfast. On the left instead an elegant living room with balcony where there is a queen size sofa bed, TV and a dining area with a large table that can accommodate up to five people. The sleeping area consists of a first double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a second double bedroom. A second bathroom with shower is present separately. Complete the apartment all modern amenities including air conditioning, wifi internet connection, washing machine and dishwasher. Car: not necessary. Surroundings Dimora Matteotti is located in an area in the first bend of the Adige river that separates it from the historic center. The location is very quiet. Just a few steps away, past the bridge over the Adige, you enter the historic center of medieval Verona waiting to be discovered with its narrow streets, alleys and narrow streets. In the old city one breathes a seraphic atmosphere and there are buildings that still preserve the ancient splendor of the past, of Verona of mysteries and love stories. You can admire ancient churches and historical monuments such as the Arena and other important archaeological sites or go shopping in the famous Via Mazzini. The area is intensely populated by wine bars, outdoor cafés, restaurants and trendy bars ideal for enjoying a cappuccino or drinking an excellent Italian wine accompanied by typical snacks of the local tradition. Key collection takes place at the Agency office located in Corso Castelvecchio n.25 from 15.00 to 19.30. - Any requests for advance delivery must be reported to the Agency and will be met unless the property is available. Otherwise you can leave your bags in our office during opening hours. For check-ins beyond the time, Agenzia Dimore Verona will be available to hand over the keys of the property with an alternative method free but without staff assistance. Or with a surcharge of € 30.00 until 22.00 and € 50.00 from 22.00 to 00.00 for night service. Smoking is forbidden. Pets are welcome maximum of medium size on request € 25.00

Lovely apartment in a central location

We really enjoyed this apartment, it was in a very quiet residential area but only 10 mins walk to the historic center. Verona is very beautiful, we stayed for 10 days but didn't get to see ever… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
