5 star Luxurious , quiet and bright large apartment centrally 100 meters from the Arena of Verona, the roman amphitheatre (walk 1 minute trip): rooms of considerable height and sunny, the apartment is brand new but mostly affects the luxury finishes and care in furnishing detail exclusively tailored such as paneling, indirect lighting, the large walk-in closet, kitchen and lacquered steel with wall round, the terrace of 45 sqm, the sanitary design and the hot tub. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, etc. elevator.

The brand new luxury apartment overlooking a square, it is of considerable size (176 sqm plus the large 50 sqm terrace overlooking a park) and has major height rooms, a characteristic that it gives breath and light inside the property. With insulating and large windows, it is definitely very bright beyond the fact to guarantee total privacy within the home. The terrace with great heights trees provide both an additional source of light, green and privacy. Bus stop no. 11 - 12 - 13 is opposite the palace and the taxi stop is 60 meters from the palace then 2 minutes on foot. The train station VERONA PORTA NUOVA is reachable by all bus and taxi lines, as well as on foot in 13 minutes. The exit of the motorway is "VERONA SUD", from which you can easily reach in 10 minutes as it is always straight: from the exit of VERONA SUD, you always go towards the center to the Portoni della Brà, where you will find 'flat.

The luxurious apartment is suitable for educated, respectful and quiet children up to the age of 12 if under the control of their parents. The apartment is very luxurious, so the boiserie in wood is handmake, as the hand lacked panels in and the steel in the kitchen .
The apartment isn't adapted for groups of young people because risk of damages is to high and the cost of it, too.

How do damage deposits work?

If Susanne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
