Le Petit Pavillon de Versailles is a maisonette apartment designed to make your stay in Versailles as pleasant and easy as possible. In a small independent house, Le Petit Versailles Pavilion offers both the charm of the eighteenth style (through style furniture, decorative objects and engravings) and the modern comforts of a functional apartment. The apartment of 25 m2 includes: • a large main room, consisting of a kitchen with a dining area, a lounge area (with sofa bed) • bedroom (with double bed) • a bathroom with sink, shower and cOMFORTABLE toilet to make your stay as pleasant and easy as possible, Le Petit Pavillon de Versailles offers a complete and quality equipment: Kitchen: complete equipment • Fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave -ondes, dishwasher, filter coffee machines and capsules (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, dishes and utensils. LOCATION Le Petit Pavillon de Versailles is ideally located in the historic district of Notre Dame, quiet but close to the Castle and other historical sites, shops (market square, street Parish) and stations (including Versailles Rive Droite 10 minutes walk). Besides the castle, the park, the Grand Trianon, Marie-Antoinette's Domain with the Petit Trianon and the Hameau de la Reine, the city and its notable buildings are the best sights to visit, which takes several days. Versailles is also live night, whether to attend the Night of Festivals and Big Night Fountain in the park, the opera performances at the Royal Opera, the horse shows of the Academy of Equestrian Show, to concerts Baroque Music Center of Versailles not to mention the many gourmet restaurants (2 Michelin stars, including the famous Gordon Ramsay, with 5 toques Gault Millau), or simply count as friendly town. If Paris is a feast as told Hemingway, Versailles is another ... Royal! Finally Versailles is an ideal starting point to discover the many treasures of central Paris (trains from Versailles Rive Droite station next to the apartment will take you there in 25 minutes) and West Paris: Château de Breteuil, Jouy-en-Josas and museum of Toile de Jouy, Marly and its park, Meudon, its observatory and the Rodin museum, Port-Marly and castle remains of Alexandre Dumas, Rueil Malmaison (Napoleonic Castle Malmaison) Rambouillet and its forest, St Cloud, St Germain en Laye and its castle, Sèvres and Ceramic Museum, Thoiry and its zoo, the Chevreuse Valley (Castle of Dampierre).     Why can't I call Jerome (the owner) before booking?

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jerome (the owner) a message.

    If Jerome (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
