Two apartments for the price of one just a 10 minutes walk from the sea in the heart of the old town.

The unit on the 1st floor consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a spacious and bright living room with kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven), dining corner, two sofa-beds and TV, for a total of 60 sq. mt. (646 sq. Ft.). Bath-room, shower, bidet, WC. Gas heating.
The unit on the second floor consists of an attic of about 25 sq. mt. (270 sq. Ft.) and a large corner terrace of 30 sq. mt. (320 sq. Ft.). The attic is composed of a nice living room with two sofa bed, a separate kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. On the terrace availability of umbrella, outdoor table and chairs, loungers and BBQ for pleasant dinner under the summer sky.
Both the Kitchens are provided with all the necessary for eight persons. Bed linens and towel sets (shower, hand and face) are included.
The site is located within walking distance from the train station from which are easily accessible Lucca (Puccini's town), Pisa, Florence and Cinque Terre. The sea is just a 10-minute walk through the old city, passing by the traditional and quaint market square.
The Northern coast consists of 10 km of sandy beach managed by resorts with fee, while along the southern coast, after some beach resort, you can enjoy for free a wild Mediterranean sandy beach . Behind the beach a thick pine forest provides a suggestive frame.
The bycicle is specially suited for reaching any place of interest. Particularly is possible to reach the southern coast in 10-15 minutes. .Bike rental is available in the neighborhood.

During summer the most famous works of Puccini are represented at the open-air theatre of Torre del Lago (6 Km).
Viareggio is known as a seaside resort as well as being the home of the famous carnival of Viareggio (dating back to 1873), and its papier-mâché floats which parade along the promenade known as "Passeggiata a mare" in the weeks preceding Easter.
Elly's Terrace is suitable for family with children as well for groups of young people who want to enjoy the nightlife of Viareggio.

How do damage deposits work?

If Daniele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
