The Villa is situated on the tree-lined main street, Via Provinciale Vicarese and/or S P 2 Vicarese, which connects Pontedera in Pisa. You come from a large electric automatic gate and you will see on the right portion of a large private garden with olive trees, plants and flowers, wooden gazebo with garden furniture, swimming pool with Sun beds and umbrellas, with equipment provided by the pool and outdoor shower with wooden dressing room use; all accompanied by a beautiful fountain in plaster.

Villa Anca is fenced with Laurel hedge with crepuscular lighting at night.

The private portion of the soil on the property you have the possibility to use barbecue where you can spend and enjoy a wonderful dinner under the gazebo in front of the tavern.

From here you will enter the main door that opens with large living/dining room about 25 sqm; with kitchenette, fireplace and masonry oven, fully furnished with taste in classic style in Cherry. Kitchen equipment: 4 hob cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, espresso machine, Italian moka coffee maker, latte maker to enjoy a good Italian cappuccino, hood, dishwasher, television, cable with dispenser for cold water purifier, kitchen utensils, we can also supply high chair for younger guests. Adjacent to the entrance on the left you will find a wide wide by about 22 sqm room with two single beds, bedside tables, Dresser and mirror and roomy armchair and pouff, tv, coffee table, hopefully we can support on request additional bed and/or cot, Cot. Wide availability of tourist guides. The adjoining double room is approx. 20 sqm. furnished with double bed in wrought iron Italy measures, wardrobe, bedside tables, doors 6 shelf with tv, bathroom with shower, and the utility room with washing machine at your disposal, medicinal kit, fire extinguisher, first aid and emergency lamp, outside the House you can easily Park your car in total 4/6 parking spaces.

Anca Villa is located near Vicopisano, despite its small size it has a wealth of medieval monuments among the most important are two medieval palaces dating from the 12th century, a medieval fortress designed by Brunelleschi, a 12th century Romanesque church etc.

By 1996 the first weekend in September held the usual medieval festival.

Vicopisano borders Gepps cross, one of the most famous and important places in Italy for fishing in fresh waters of the River Arno, for the many races held including the World Championship. Just 23 km we reach Pisa and its famous square of miracles and the leaning tower. Also, if you want to treat yourself to a day at the beach you can reach Marina di Pisa with its beautiful rocks or Tirrenia with sandy beach only 30 minutes by car.

You can easily reach la perla della Versilia, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore, at only 45 km.

Guests can enjoy an excursion to the artistic and monumental beauty of Florence, Lucca and Chianti areas. Rome is 330 km, 4 hours drive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alessandro (the owner) a message.

If Alessandro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
