Modern Luxurious Penthouse Apartment is located in the heart of Victor Harbor only an hours drive from Adelaide. Apartment no 402 The Frontage consists of a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area overlooking a generous balcony with an outdoor setting. The master bedroom also has an unsuited walk-in robe and a shared balcony. Bedrooms two, three & four share the main bathroom. Two secure under-croft car parks and lift access are also available.

Dear Caitlin, I appreciate all the details you included in your review and have taken note of everything you wrote. We work very hard to keep our guests happy and it saddens us that this did not reflect during your recent visit. Because of what happened during your stay, we have launched an internal investigation, and have discussed the issue with the concerned parties. Unfortunately, we could say, some of the details written are factually incorrect. First and foremost, there is definitely no bed bugs at The Frontage Penthouse no 402. We immediately conduct a thorough clean and have pest bombed the place, and not even one bed-bugs was found. To resolve this matter, we would like to request images of the insect bites for assessment, it could be mosquitoes, and we don’t want the same experience to happen again to anyone. The safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority and if there’s an area in question, the situation will be immediately remedied, whether the problem factually exists or not. The second thing, it makes us equally uncomfortable knowing that there is a misunderstanding about how to access the gym and pool area. We would appreciate it if you have contacted us to clarify how to access these facilities. The pool and gym can be accessed via the key on the guest key ring. We sincerely hope things went more smoothly, including the door locked in question, the door cannot be locked from the inside for safety precautions in case of fire and other emergencies.
