Beautifully designed, this luxurious south-west view, corner penthouse on the harbour’s edge creates a unique sensory experience for the sophisticated traveler. Furnished to "stand out from the crowd,” all fabrics and furniture pieces were selected by Interior Designer, Teresa Ryback, who is recognized for creating grand prize lottery dream homes and luxury residential properties. The Pied-à-Terre features two balconies on the main level that open to create a refreshing cross breeze and a private, rooftop deck that can be accessed via an in-suite staircase or by way of elevator and stairs from the building’s hallway. A verdured, common-area adjoins the Pied-à-Terre’s private roof deck, where a gas barbeque is accessed on a first-come basis.

Perfect for vacation or business travel, this exquisitely furnished, full 1 bedroom/ 1 bath, thoroughly equipped penthouse boasts Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, silestone countertops in the (fully equipped) kitchen and bath, stainless steel appliances, high-speed internet connection, 50" flat screen Panasonic TV, Optix cablevision, Netflix, washer/ dryer, gas fireplace and secure underground parking, plus more. 

This “sweet suite” is quiet and conveniently located in the modern and secure, Mermaid Wharf building in Victoria’s “Design District” - a historic part of the west side of downtown, just steps away from entertainment, water activities and eclectic shopping. Steeped in history, rich in culture and blanketed in colour, downtown Victoria is a very pedestrian friendly area. Why can't I call Teresa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Teresa (the owner) a message.

If Teresa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
