Casa Del Parque Guesthouse is the perfect choice for a tranquil, private, and relaxing vacation in Vieques. It's the kind of place that feels authentically Puerto Rican. It is owned by a local Viequense named Eddie who lives on site on the ground floor with his family and dog. Eddie loves to have visitors stay at his guesthouse, but even though he enjoys meeting guests and chatting, he also understands the importance of privacy and does a great job of balancing out friendliness with giving his guests all the space they need.. The guesthouse is comprised of 3 units where each unit has its own private entry.: Studio 1 is on the top floor and has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living area, bathroom, and a spacious balcony with excellent ocean views and views of the rolling hills of the neighborhood.

Studio 2 and 3: These are both on the ground floor. Each unit has 2 queen beds, kitchen, bathroom, and patio facing the quiet and spacious yard filled with flowers and fruit trees. It's the perfect choice for families, for friends who do not want to share a bed, or for couples.

The guesthouse is located on a quiet dead end street in the Monte Santo neighborhood which is located about a 5 min drive to Esperanza, Isabel Segunda, and the gorgeous south-side beaches of the wildlife refuge. It is also located less than a 5 minute drive to the grocery store and gas stations, and about a 7 minute drive to the airport.

Why can't I call Eddie/ sarah-rose (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Eddie/ sarah-rose (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eddie/ sarah-rose (the owner) a message.

If Eddie/ sarah-rose (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
