The Al Civico 18 is a small apartment located in the center of Viggianello, the heart of the Pollino National Park and one of "The most beautiful villages in Italy". It is ideal for a couple's living room, it is positioned strategically. The same, in fact, is close to all major places of interest such as Senator C.so De Filpo (100 mt.), The Mother Church (100 mt.), Church of the Assumption (200 m.), Maître Joy Fountain (250 mt.), botanical garden, municipal and respective house amphitheater (250 m.), a meeting place for hiking, trekking water, river tubing, snowshoeing (250 mt.), the tourist information center (250 mt.), faunal area of ​​the deer (300 mt.). This is a structure that is on two levels: the first level is the only double room with attached bathroom. On the lower floor there is a sofa bed and a full kitchen available to customers; this plan is characterized by exposed stone and wooden beams. All habitable rooms are bright thanks to openings that provide panoramic views of the old town and the country, have a pavement of modern / mountain type of imitation wood porcelain first choice and are equipped with heaters of new generation adjustable in terms of time / thermal and particularly quiet.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
