It 'a house of about 100 square meters, independent and comfortable, immersed in a large estate inside of which flows a stream which, going through it, leads to the small but majestic Todorea waterfall. Its location, within a Tuscia from the famous wildlife for its forests, streams, lakes and castles, is perfectly central to the most popular destinations in the Viterbo: only 10 km from Bomarzo Monster Park, 10 km from Lake Vico and the Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola, 10 km from Villa Lante in Bagnaia, 8 km from the immense beech wood of Soriano nel Cimino, only a few kilometers more to Sutri, to Lake Bracciano, Lake Bolsena to the falls of Marmore and the famous Civita di Bagnoregio. Perfect for anyone who loves nature, horses and many other animals that live in this oasis made of calm and relaxation. The house is distributed as follows: the ground floor there is a large, brand new kitchen with 4-burner stove, an oven, a refrigerator and all utensils necessary for guests. (Any other needs will be promptly made available by making a request); Still on the ground floor there is a bathroom and a sitting area with a sofa for a relaxing break. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms: one double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with bathtub), another double bedroom with bathroom next door (with shower) and another bedroom with a single bed. The price entitles the change of towels every two days, the bed linen change every 4 days and also offer promotional package in one hour on horseback for free, one hour of free sport saber and an hour of free music. Also, guests can request, if they so wish, to receive a hearty and healthy breakfast in the morning just 5 euro per person, lunch at only 12 euro to 12 euro, and dinner.

Guests will have access to all areas of the entire estate of a size of 10 hectares, there will be possibility to walk to the green fields, visit the farm animals, go for a hike and stop the stream, visit the waterfall at Todorea ' in the estate, eating in a large porch or outdoors under an umbrella or a gazebo, use the barbecue for a barbecue, there is also access to the club house with keyboard and battery, access to the music room with library and piano, or even ask about places of tourist interest of the whole Viterbo.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Renato (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
