Apartamento en Bouzas, a 200 m de la playa de O Adro y a 5-10 minutos en coche del centro de Vigo.

Vivienda para 4 adultos máximo, por comodidad de los huéspedes. Posibilidad de alquilar a un 5º huésped, previa solicitud, si es un niño/a.

Distribución principal: salón-comedor (con sofá cama de 1,20 m, TV 32", reproductor DVD y torre música) y cocina office; habitación principal con cama de 1,35 m y TV 32"; habitación pequeña con cama de 1,20 m. Baño completo privativo y aseo con ducha y lavadora. Ropa de cama, toallas, menaje, utensilios de cocina y consumibles básicos incluidos. Ventilador. Aire frío portátil. Calefactor baño. Posibilidad de cuna, barandilla y/o trona.

Edificio con ascensor y acceso adaptado a minusválidos.

En primer lugar, agradecer la opinión. En segundo lugar, decir que no es fiel a la realidad. El viernes llegaron a las 12h. El sábado llaman a las 10h comunicando que al enchufar un tostador, se va la luz, dice que suben las fases, volviendo a tener luz, y deciden no volver a utilizar el tostador; me comentan también que la calefacción de la habitación no funciona y les explico que es muy raro ya que la calefacción no está en la misma línea de fases que la cocina, pero dicen ustedes que se arreglan con un calefactor portátil que hay en el baño. Les doy también la opción de utilizar un alargador, que hay en el apartamento, para conectar cualquiera de los radiadores en otro enchufe diferente al que estén conectados. Nosotros en ese momento ya llamamos a un electricista para que acuda, pero al no quedar toda la vivienda sin electricidad, el Seguro considera que no es de urgencia. Usted no comenta nada en ese momento de que no tiene agua caliente. Al día siguiente, sobre las 18h, llamo para saber cómo va todo pero no obtengo respuesta. Ustedes se marchan temprano el lunes y nosotros llegamos a las 10h. Vemos un nota en la que nos dan las gracias por no tener calefacción ni agua caliente. Sorprendida por esto último la llamo para preguntarle por lo de no tener agua caliente y me confirma que el viernes y sábado sí tenían agua caliente (si quedó sin electricidad el sábado a las 10h y ustedes ya estaban fuera del apartamento, tal como me dijeron, el domingo por la mañana seguramente aún tendrían agua caliente). Un poco más tarde llega el electricista y, para nuestra incredulidad, comprueba que lo que pasa es que hay un diferencial que no está subido, que es el que afecta al calentador y a la calefacción. La conclusión es que usted no había comprobado las dos cajas de fusibles, o, si comprobó las dos, no se dio cuenta que uno de los dos diferenciales que hay, uno en cada caja, estaba correctamente activado (usted solo me decía que las fases estaban todas para arriba, lo cual era cierto). Siento mucho que no haya quedado a gusto, pero a nosotros nos es difícil a distancia comprobar si lo que nos dice por teléfono es correcto. Seguiremos aprendiendo de estas experiencias. Le deseamos lo mejor.

Why can't I call RAQUEL / JOSÉ Mª (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact RAQUEL / JOSÉ Mª (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send RAQUEL / JOSÉ Mª (the owner) a message.

If RAQUEL / JOSÉ Mª (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
