THE HOUSE HAVE BABY BEDS IN CASE YOU ASK AND ALSO HIGH CHAIR.

The apartment is on the 10th floor with a balcony facing the beach. The apartment is perfect for who wants to feel the portuguese summer mood. You will feel close to quiet beaches like Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas or the busy ones full of attractions and aqua sports like Quinta do Lago and Praia da Falesia. The house is close to cafes, bars, gelatarias, supermarkets, restaurants and 10 minutes from the marine of Vilamoura. You have also the best Aqua park in Algarve, called Aqua show that is 10 min from the apt. It's a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom and a nice living room, perfect for two couples or a family with two kids. Beatiful scenary for a perfect vacation time. I recommend for who wants to know Algarve, to travel around and try other beaches and also the islands (Ilha do Farol that you catch the boat from Olhao). In this apt you can a busy summer life or relax cause if you want there is no need of car once you have all the supplies around. Enjoy it the most!! Check-in and check-out: We can change the checkin and checkout schedule depending on the availability of the apartment.

“Amazing apartment”

The apartment was amazing but what made it that much more amazing was the apartment owner, Carmen, she was so so helpful, always checking in and making sure all our needs were met. Carmen was not in Portugal when we were but she still made every effort to assist where she could. The apartment was spacious, clean and of a high standard. Everything we needed was in the apartment as well as a beautiful view from the balcony which took our breath away every morning. We all intend on returning next year and we will be definately staying in this apartment or any owned by Carmen. Carmen I want to give you a massive thank you and I appreciate your time and you going beyond your duty to please us, I hope to be seeing you on my next visit. Amazing

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carmen (the owner) a message.

If Carmen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
