With just 1 floor, it provides a cozy and intimate atmosphere.

The spacious garden is a highlight, featuring lush green lawns, colourful flowers, shrubs, and even fruit trees. It's an ideal setting for outdoor activities and relaxation.

The pool area is designed with families in mind, offering a dedicated children's area and even seating within the water.

The villa boasts two bedrooms - one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds, an open plan living/dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The garden offers a built-in barbecue and a lovely dining area, allowing you to savor delicious meals in the open air.

For a panoramic view, head up to the private rooftop terrace accessible via stairs.

Located in an ideal spot for an active vacation, you'll find a golf course and a water park nearby. The centre of Vilamoura is just a 5-minute drive away, offering a variety of amenities and attractions.

This place really is as lovely as it looks. It's very quiet, in the middle of a residential area. There are a few places to eat and drink near by, but I would recommend a car, however more lively… More

Gorgeous little villa

Amazing little villa, the pool and garden is beautiful. The cafe round the corner is delicious which is open for breakfast and lunch. Would recommend car hire. Would definitely book again.

Lovely spacious villa but was cold when we visited at night could have done with heat in sitting room far too many trees around the house no sun gets through washing didn't even dry on the line r… More

Dear Grace, Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the cold nights, the house is equipped with air conditioning with heating function. Regret you did not inform us about this as we would could have provided some portable oil radiators and some more blankets. Regarding the trees, clients usually find them very useful, as they provide shade in the areas where children can play and for outside meals, leaving the pool fully exposed to the sun. Back door, which leads to the kitchn gives direct access to the pool area and the extra locks on all shutters are there for extra security. The clients are free to either use them or not. Regarding the sun loungers I have informed our maintenance to look at this as soon as possible, thank you very much. We remain entirely at your disposal and hope you return to one of our houses in the near future. Kind regards, Vilamoura-Villas

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
