Welcome to our house. What we offer is a very recently built modern luxury 4 Bedroom (three en suite) 4 Bathroom three story Townhouse with marble and wooden floors throughout ideally situated overlooking the Millennium golf course in Vilamoura. Fantastic value, and in an ideal location in Vilamoura. It is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned.

FREE Wi-Fi available. FREE SKY+ TV including all SKY Movies and SKY Sports. It has a BBQ/dining patio overlooking the large 15 m by 6 m pool which is only 5 paces from the house. Kitchen is equipped with Bosche fittings and is a pleasure to cook in. Only 900 yards to 3 of the golf clubhouses ( Laguna, Millenium and Victoria) and a 4 minute drive to the marina area and beaches.

If you don't wish to hire a car there is a local bust stop immediately opposite our house and the Marina and Falesia beach is only 1 stop away.

Overlooks the Millenium Golf course and the sea beyond. Would suit golfers and families alike.Entry leads you to the large open plan dinning area with solid wooden dining table with 8 leather seats, and large sitting area with new leather 3 seater, 2 seater and large armchair. Large LCD TV with DVD player and full SKY TV.Pool: The pool is large, 15 m by 6 m and although shared with other residents is rarely used by them. Most of our neighbours either live there and take the pool for granted or use their houses as holiday homes. We have 4 sun beds dedicated for your personal use plus you can use another two of the communal beds. As our Villa is at the end of the complex you only have one neighbour. You also have great space directly in front and as the pool is only 5 paces from the Villa terrace it's easy to dive in and out without to much running about. Please have a look at our previous guests reviews. They will confirm that everyone who has visited us has enjoyed and would highly recommend our villa. It is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned with reverse air heaters throughout. Enter through the front door and the modern kitchen fully fitted with Bosche appliances is on your right followed by a guest bathroom. Beyond this is the dinning area, which has a solid wooden dining table with eight leather chairs and sits in a large bay window just off the sitting area. The sitting area has two leather sofas,one two seater and one three seater, a leather armchair, large coffee table and a large wall unit featuring a 42”plasma TV with Satellite. There is also a radio/stereo/cd player in this room and a Bose iPod docking station. Outside with access through large patio doors there is a covered patio with a built in BBQ, which has another dinning table with seating for 6. This area also has a retractable sun canopy. This is an ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely drink out of the heat of the sun, to enjoy lunch or dinner or simply to read a book in the shade whilst watching the kids play in the pool. Beyond the patio area there is a fully decked area around the large pool, which is only five steps from the house. There are four quality sun loungers exclusively for your use and another ten sunloungers around the pool for communal use during the summer and an outside shower to cool you down.Upstairs, via the marble staircase, lie two bedrooms.The master bedroom is huge with French windows leading onto a large sun deck with two bamboo deck chairs. There is a large en suite bathroom with bath and shower. This bedroom also boasts a large bay window letting light flood in when the mood takes.The second upstairs bedroom is also en suite with a bath and shower and has a large double bed, Juliet balcony and fitted wardrobes.In the lower level there are a further two bedrooms.The first one has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and is also en suite with bath and shower.The second bedroom has a double bed with two chests of drawers.The house is 25 minutes from Faro International Airport.It is also ideally placed for Vilamouras five world-renowned golf courses being:1000 yards from Laguna, Millennium and Victoria Clubhouses3 minutes from The Old Course4 minutes from PinhalIt is also only a 3-minute drive or long walk to the busy Marina with its large selection of restaurants, bars and shops. And the same distance to the wonderful beaches that Vilamoura is famous for.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alfie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
