From the owner

Our beautiful poolside cottage 'Casa Jay' consists of one large double bedroom and a very small single bedroom. The double bedroom opens onto a private sun terrace and the room can be equipped with a cot. The smaller room has a single bed.

The bright living room has a television and DVD player and dining area and opens onto a sunny terrace with built in Barbecue! The fully equipped kitchen with Dolce Gusto coffee machine, allows you to dine in with little fuss whilst also being only a few feet from the Eden Villas Coffee Shop if you don't feel like cooking!

Casa Jay is child and baby friendly and also has a changing mat, high chair, buggy and toys.

VILAMOURA is a beautiful Marina based resort with incredible facilities - locally the cycle and jogging/walking routes are beautifully designed and maintained. We have Vilamoura Tennis Club, Browns Sports Club and numerous world class Golf Courses on our doorstep (and a fab mini golf course too!) Restaurants from cheap and cheerful to gourmet dining surround us and we are minutes from the restaurants, shops and nightlife of the bustling cosmopolitan Marina.

WATERSPORT and SEA SIDE LOCATION! Eden Villas is close to the sea- you can see the sea (just) from the roof terrace of Villa Jay! To drive to the nearest beach is about 5 mins or a 15 min walk but there are also dozens of fabulous beaches all along the coastline easily accessable by car. Also a 20 minute drive away is Quinta do Lago Lake with its small beach, pool, resaturant, playground and watersports, pedalos, canoes etc. There are plenty of watersport opportunities in the marina (15 mins walk away) offering parascending, jetskis, banana boating and dolphin safaris and boat trips with bbq to secluded beaches etc.

Locally you have access to the Vilamoura bikes with excellent cycle routes all over Vilamoura. It's a short hop to the local shops, beach, tennis club, beauty parlour, coffee shop by bicycle!

We are also close to a lovely hairdressers 'Diam' for reasonable cut, colour and blow-dry and beautician Renette in 'Salao Elysium' nearby will pamper you with a facial, massage and manicure for your night out or relax in style in the 'Hilton Resort Spa' all less than 1km away.

The Villa and pool area is wheelchair/buggy accessible. We are also close to the Pharmacy and excellent Medical Centre in case of emergency.

Beach towels can be provide with an extra cost.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Clever (the owner) a message.

If Clever (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
