Beautiful Smart Home (Alexa), on ground floor (no steps) private 2 bedroom apartment with a quiet, relaxing pool and garden at Paradisus Laguna in Vilamoura Oceanico Laguna Golf Course. Located within walking distance (100 meters) of the beautiful award-winning Golf course is one of the many things that Villamoura is known for.

We welcome you and your family to enjoy Paradisus Laguna year round! The fully renovated apartment has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open floor plan with a spacious dining/living room with a romantic wood-burning fireplace. A wonderful large private outdoor dining and lounge area overseeing the garden and pool. The apartment has Fiber Optic Hyperfast Internet with Wifi coverage in all rooms and patio, air-conditioned and fully furnished with contemporary furniture.

Its fantastic bright outdoor area faces the pool is one of our guest’s favorite features of the property. It is where you can have all of your meals on the large dining table. You can use the barbecue while watching the large outdoor TV, with over 200 cable channels and chrome casting ability. The perfect place for a nightcap by candlelight during the cool summer nights is when you can relax on our outdoor sofas, count the stars, and listen to the crickets breaking the silence.

Spacious living room, with a large screen TV, DVD player, Alexa, iPod friendly stereo, plus queen size sofa bed for two adults. The lounge also gives access to the large outdoor patio area, which has extensive views over the pool and garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop oven, fridge freezer, toaster, teakettle, espresso machine, fresh juicer, and blender.

The master bedroom has a luxurious, comfortable pillow-top bed, large closet with built-in drawers, safe alarm clock, reading lamps, cable TV, all with views and access to the beautiful tranquil outdoor area. The en-suite bathroom has a bidet and a large, deep relaxing bathtub ready for bubbles and candles.

The second bedroom is filled with options! It can be set up as an office with a single bed, 2 Single beds that can be kept separate or easily and securely push together to be used as a King bed. TV, alarm clock, reading lamps, and ample closet with built-in drawers.

The apartment is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with plenty of free open parking and room for kids to ride their bikes. Paradisus Laguna is a gated community to ensure your safety. The Golf area is also under surveillance, protected 24 hours with private security. Ideal for golf lovers as the apartment is only 100 meters from the new award-winning Millenium 18 hole Golf Course, which recently received the European Masters Golf Tournament.

Take a beautiful stroll or use the public Bike system available in Vilamoura (free of charge for you!) down to the Marina or with a short taxi or UBER to the town Centre and Marina for around 5 euros. You will find bars, pubs, restaurants, and a casino. The location is ideal for both a relaxing holiday away from crowds and for those wanting something more lively in the evening, just 5 minutes away.

We provide fresh linens, fluffy white cotton towels, pool towels, tablecloths, dishtowels, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, and clothes drying rack.

Why can't I call Paradisus (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paradisus (the owner) a message.

If Paradisus (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
