From the manager

Spacious 4-bedroom villa near the famous Pinhal golf course and at just 20 minutes’ walk away from the marina and the beaches. It has all the comforts of a family home, Wi-Fi, pool table, air conditioning throughout, a proportional pool, garden, plenty of outdoor furniture and a nice charcoal barbecue.

The only room of the ground floor has a double bed and is en-suite. The bedroom has air conditioning and the bathroom has a shower.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed that shares a terrace and a bathroom with another bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom that serves these 2 bedrooms has a shower and the terrace overlooks the swimming pool and garden.

The third bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom with shower.

The House is equipped with 2 additional extra beds.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware.

The living room is decorated as a family home and has ample interior space for up to 10 adults. The TV is via cable with some English spoken channels and the internet is via WI-FI. 2 sliding doors provide access to the pool and garden.

In the basement there is a pool table and a table football table for guest’s entertainment.

Among the many shrubs and mature trees there is plenty of cool shades to get away from summer heat. The lawn area is perfect for the children to play around freely and safely. There are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the sun and outdoor sofas to relax while reading a book. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. To enjoy outdoor meals there’s nothing better than the charcoal barbecue, conveniently located next to the kitchen and to the outdoor dining table.

I can only apologize for what went less well but unless we compensated you monetarily for the SMALL problems that you've encountered then we would always take this bad review out of revenge. I do hope TA removes this review for offensive language but if not, this is my response. We did everything we could, including a brand new mattress for bed bugs that you probably planted there. Inexistent problems and things that would not prevent you from having a great holiday anyway. Instead you probably thought you had paid too much and were looking for reasons to ask for money back, sorry but we don't work that way. Our service was faultless and we did what we could to accommodate, this person even accused me of racism when in fact i didn't even knew her colour before she told me. This persons was extremely rude to one my employees and for what she told me, if you were to speak with me like that i would have kicked you out of the house, and i am not a violent person. I suggest you change your attitude as for an educated person that you say you are your attitude leaves much room for improvement.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
