5 bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom.Recently refurbished this is the perfect villa for a large family seeking a well appointed property with a lovely private pool with children's area will be hard pressed to find a better location than this characterful home. Situated in a cul-de-sac close to amenities, this attractive house enjoys an enviable location within close proximity of both a sandy beach and several Golf Course. The property has woodland to the rear, and the light spacious interior is comfortably furnished with much attention to details by its careful owner. It has the benefit of heating for cooler evenings out of season, and large terrace for hot summer day, with large table and built-in barbeque the perfect location for breakfast or for dinning al fresco.

ACCOMMODATION

Ground floor:

Very well equipped kitchen with breakfast area, laundry room, utility room, separate toilet (basin; toilet), 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning: 3 double with en suite bathroom (shower; basin; toilet; hair dryer), 1 double with ensuite bathroom (shower; double basin; bidé; toilet; hair dryer). Dining area, living area looking to the lovely interior garden in the centre of the house, protected all around by glassy windows, on one side there is the TV area with a round fixed sofa for 10 people and on the other side a comfortable lounge area with sliding glass doors onto covered terrace.

Low level:

1 bedroom with the possibility to have one double bed (180cm wide x 200cm long) or two single bed (90cm wide x 200cm long), with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom (with basin; bath;shower over bath; bidet; toilet;hair dryer)

Outside area:

Terrace with large table and built-in BBQ, shower room with toilet. Garden (2.000m2) with sun loungers, private swimming pool (10 x 5m; 1-2,2m depth) with Children's area (3m diameter-50cm depth).

On request the swimming pool can be heated with extra cost of 300,00€/week) Parking.

Available on request pool towels (no charge).
