Located right in the center of Vilamoura, 200m to marina, 400 to casino, 600m to beach, two supermarkets within 100 meters. Many restaurants, bars, shops 150 meters away.

Invitée très communicative. Avant le séjour de Nicole et son mari, nous avons changé 43 messages parmi TripAdvisor et aussi beaucoup d'autres parmi WhatsApp. Pendant leur séjour, je les ait répondu a 24 messages, aussi bien d'autres appels et nous sommes demandés d'aller a l'appartement aussi beaucoup de fois, un record pour nous. Malheureusement, le séjour s'est passé au débout du Covid-19, et nous pensons que l'incertitude des avions bloqués au sol a causé un colossal stress sur Nicole, qui a du partir d'urgence quelques jours avant la date de sortie a cause des vols de retour au Canada. Je suis sûr que, comme d'habitude avec touts les autres invités, nous avons complétement tout essayé pour leur plaire et répondre immédiatement aux demandes de Nicole, mais a la fin nous sommes tristes de ne pas réussir a agréer Nicole. Nicole a bien soigné l'appartement et nous souhaitons tout de bien pour elle et sa famille.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Luis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
