RECENTLY FULLY RENOVATED WITH HEATED POOL AND A FEW MINUTES WALK FROM OLD VILLAGE COMPLEX

A beautiful and well-proportioned 4 bedroom villa located in the wonderful Old Village of Vilamoura just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Village complex with bars, restaurants, supermarket, playground and swimming pools and a further 15 minutes’ walk to the Vilamoura Marina and Marina Beach.

The Villa has undergone complete renovation in 2019 and comprises of an open-planned Lounge/Diner. The Dining area is ideally placed in front of the double-glazed French doors which opens up onto the front lawn. The lounge has a radio & CD mini system, TV with Cable TV & DVD and has a built-in air conditioning/heating unit. From the lounge an inner hallway opens onto the 4th bedroom, guest Shower Room with WC and kitchen. The newly fitted and extended kitchen comes fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave & iron/ironing board. The 4th bedroom on the ground floor consists of 2 twin beds that can be joined to make a double and has french doors opening up directly onto the terrace area. The 1st floor has a family bathroom and 3 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning and built in fitted wardrobes (two with double beds and the third with twin single beds), the master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and all three bedrooms have access onto first floor balconies with seating areas. The shared bathroom & ensuite have both undergone complete refurbishment. The ensuite bedroom has a WC, sink, shower and bath and the family bathroom consists of a walk in shower, sink and WC.

The Villa also comes with free WiFi and free use of a travel cot & high chair.

Ample and well maintained garden areas surround the villa with a swimming pool (which can be heated upon request at additional cost) and large BBQ terrace area in the rear garden, with washing facilities.

Heating is installed (required during winter months) together with shutters and double glazing.

The villa is in a prime position and is quietly situated.

The Villa is detached with well-maintained gardens and pool which are secluded and not overlooked and is within two minutes’ walk to “The Old Village” complex which has beautiful landscape gardens, three pools, variety of restaurants ranging from Cafe’s to A la Carte, bars, playground and supermarket.

Access to the Villa is normally from 14:00 hours on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 hours on the day of your departure. These times allow the villa to be cleaned and prepared for the next booking.

    Thanks for taking the time to review and for your comments. The yellow cushions are to be used for when you have been in the pool as they are waterproof, the green and cream cushions (of which there are now 6 in total) are material based, confirm in total there are 9 lounger cushions so hopefully guests now have more choice.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How can I retract my booking request?

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michelle (the owner) a message.

    If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
