Beautiful & spacious duplex Villa within a private and secure condominium in the centre of Vilamoura

This beautifully decorated two bedroom Villa within the Eden Villas private condominium is ideal for families, as well as golfers due to the exceptional location and nearby facilities - right in the centre of Vilamoura.

The Villa is part of the exclusive Eden Villas condominium and is within walking distance of Restaurants and a Supermarket (5 minutes), while only being a short stroll (30 minutes’ walk) from the award winning Marina and beautiful beaches.

Enjoy the Algarve summer weather, relaxing on the provided sun loungers around the salted water swimming pool within the complex, set within beautiful mature trees, gardens and surrounded by grassed areas.

Younger guests are able to take advantage of the dedicated children’s pool while the safety of the private condominium, which includes CCTV cameras and security patrol can ensure the children play safely.

Fully furnished and equipped with a beach themed décor, the Villa has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 4 adults and 2 children.

On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The large, open plan lounge/ dining area (for 6), includes a modern TV with Cable TV, sofa (that can be converted to double bed) and leads out onto a large BBQ terrace ideal for al fresco dinning (Weber BBQ + hammock). At this level there is also a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor the large master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and a balcony with views across the garden. The second bedroom has two single beds and also a balcony. There is a very spacious bathroom with amenities and hairdryer.

Guests will be greeted with a welcome present. Free Wifi is available within the Villa and at the pool area. Also at the pool, during the summer months there is a bar which is open all day serving drinks and light meals. The salted water pools (adults and children) are impeccably maintained.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alda & Hernani (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
