Spacious and bright 3 bedroom apartment in Vilanova de Arousa located 30 metres from the beach in Las Sinas. The apartment is ideal for family or group of people (8 people). The area has many restaurants where you can enjoy the excellent cuisine and try the local seafood. An ideal place to relax without having to take the car (20 m bus stop) and enjoy the beach and the sunset.

The municipality of Vilanova de Arousa has a coastline of over 20 km in which more secluded coves and long beaches follow one another. Its situation in the interior of the Ria de Arosa makes its clean waters calm and suitable for children.

The first beach that we are on the way from Villagarcía Vilanova is As Sinas Beach, connected to the villa by an extensive tour, in which the sands of Mosqueiro and Bornal occur.

Within the town of Vilanova, have small coves of Fuxino do Porco and As Branes. Passing the village and taking the road of the lump, they occur beaches with gives mine, or lump and O Pasaxe before arriving at the bridge that connects with the Isla de Arosa Vilanova. After the bridge we find the secluded coves of ride, Castelete and As Patinas.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie por telefono el trato muy bien pero no dio la cara en ningun momento teniendo que recoger y entregar las llaves en el buzon de correos y pidiendome el ultimo dia que dejase… More

Estoy muy sorprendido de que haya encontrado un pajaro muerto en el piso y realmente tiene usted toda la razon, es vergonzoso encontrarse algo asi cuando uno entra en un piso. La limpieza del piso se hizo unos dias antes y se dejo una de las ventanas semi abiertas para ventilar el piso hasta su llegada. La unica explicacion que veo es que el pobre pajaro entrara por una de las ventanas y no pudiera salir del piso. Como el piso ya se habia dejado limpio y preparado unos dias antes, yo no subi ese dia de su llegada al piso y por tanto no me di cuenta de lo del pàjaro. Le aseguro que si yo supiera esto, sin duda hubiera limpiado los restos y todo lo que ensucio el pajaro No entiendo porque no me llamo el dia que entro en el piso explicandome este problema ya que realmente es algo muy desagradable. Le pido disculpas por algo que realmente no supe que hubiera acontecido sino le repito que no lo hubiera dejado asi. Que sentido tendria que de haberlo sabido no hubiese limpiado los restos del pajaro muerto y lo que ensucio?. El otro punto que menciona sobre "no dar la cara" por dejar las llaves en el buzon, realmente es para no condiconar la hora de llegada ya que a veces se retrasa o adelanta uno a su hora prevista de llegada. Al tener ya las llaves disponibles uno tiene mas libertad sobre la hora de llegada. En este caso ademas, ustedes tenian previsto la hora de llegada a las 5 de la tarde y yo no podia hasta las 6 por lo que razon de mas para haber dejado las llaves en el buzon. De todas maneras usted me confirmara que el recoger las llaves fue facil y no hubo problema en ese aspecto. Tambien le pedi si era posible que dejara el piso, una hora antes, a las 11 en vez de a las 12 ya que tenia que limpiar el piso para la gente que entraba ese mismo dia. Pero no hubo problema que se quedara hasta las 12, solo fue preguntarle. Realmente tendria que haberme dicho lo que paso con el pajaro el dia que entro y yo me hubiera acercado al piso para tratar este problema y hablarlo en persona con usted. Siento lo ocurrido y creame que fue algo que yo no sabia que hubiese pasado. Mis mas sinceras disculpas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If PIO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
