Large country house located at the end of a small and quiet village. 15-minute drive from the famous beaches of the Costa Brava. Private swimming pool (salt water pool) and garden.

Ground floor - large vaulted rooms; a games room with fireplace, large room with ping-pong table, bathroom with shower and bedroom with sofa - bed.

1st floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower. Kitchen with fireplace and access to a terrace with great views, large dining room, living room with large sofa-bed, TV and access to the terrace, utility room.

15kms to the best beaches and coves of l´Emporda. L'Escala 15 minutes. Quiet location with several golf courses and pitch & putt courses between 10 and 40kms. Sant Martí d'Empúries, L'Escala, Sant Pere Pescador, Roses are all within a short distance (15kms).

Pets 10€ per night. Max 1 per stay.

Tourist Tax - 0,50€ / person 16 years and more per night. To pay on arrival in cash.
