Independent villa on three sides of new construction near the sea from which you can enjoy spectacular sunsets with the Aeolian Islands in relief. The house is far from the roads, ideal for enjoying a relaxing time. Close to the city center, not far from the major tourist attraction centers. The house has ample private outdoor space and interior comforts. The furnishings are simple and pleasant. Composition 4 Rooms: bedroom, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway. Surface: 60 square meters, rustic perimeter veranda 64 square meters, private land around 460 square meters. Construction end date: 10/2009. Equipment. The furnishings and accessories consist of: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, gas fitted kitchen, electric oven, fridge, freezer, crockery, iron, barbecue, double sofa bed (in the kitchen), shower (70 × 90), washing machine, traditional TV connection in the bedroom and kitchen, garden chairs and table, large garden umbrella, beach umbrella, outdoor shower. The windows have double glazing. 2/3 private parking spaces in the backyard (to reach the house and the small parking place entrance way, about 1.90 cm wide, from which small and medium-sized cars can enter, eg renault megane, clio) Linen on request at the time of booking, 15 euros per person. House cleaning at the entrance on request at the time of booking, 50 euros. Beaches The nearest beach, about 40 meters wide, is 180 meters away. Along the Messina / Palermo coast you can reach the beaches of Orto Liuzzo (3.1 km), Campanella (3.5 km) and "Capo Rasocolmo" in the town of San Saba (8.5 km), with the characteristic and suggestive " mountain of sand ”generated by the erosion of the sea and the winds. In Milazzo, the Tono beach with a view of the Castle, the Levante beaches and the "artichoke" (natural pools). Marinello, in the bay of Tindari, a place of enchanting beauty for its promontory (on which stands the sanctuary of Tindari), the beaches and ponds overlooking the sea. In Taormina (45km) the beach of Isola Bella and the parts of Avola (185 km) the reserve of vengefuls with also the stream / canyon of the Cavagrande cassibile.

    Both the house and the garden must be left clean otherwise an additional cost of 50 euros will be requested. To get to the car park you need to enter a narrow road, at the narrowest point, at the beginning, 1.9 meters. Take a torch for the evening for a stretch of poorly lit private road. If the animals lose their hair they must remain in the garden and not enter the house, in any case the house must be cleaned of the hairs and the garden reclaimed from the dejections.

    How do damage deposits work?
