Fantastically positioned holiday bungalow in Los Dolses, Villamartin, overlooking conservation area of trees and gardens.

Beaches, Restaurants, bars, cafes, 3 golf courses and LaZenia mall, all only within 5 to 15 minutes by car.

The bungalow is a two bedroom apartment, one double with en suite with shower and one twin with separate bathroom with bath and bidet.

Large lounge with dining table and leather suit with sliding doors to same level sun terrace and the upper sun terrace.

SatelliteTV, WiFi, DVD (with DVD film collection) and music centre.

Fully fitted kitchen, cooker/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

All rooms are fully air conditioned with heating.

Sliding doors from lounge lead to a very large same level sun terrace, with views over gardens and pine trees, a second sundeck providing both sun and shade for relaxing. Both sun terraces have dining tables. The sun terraces have 4 subeds, rattan furniture suit, 2 dining tables and chairs and a Weber BBQ, are all for your comfort and enjoyment.

Our property manager who are based in Los Doses, Villamartin are available should any problems occur during your stay.

On arrival at the bungalow you will pay €70 clean fee to our meet and greet representative.

All guests will be met upon arrival and departure, please ensure you let us know if you have had any problems during your stay

Transfer from airports is available for those not wishing to rent a car, baby equipment is also available. We recommend a car.

Bungalow could not fault. Bed and bedding seen better days. Resort far too like Benidorm. Could not find any authentic Spanish food. Nearest placed to eat Spanish food was the Repsol petrol station.

Hi Rosa. Pleased you enjoyed our bungalow. We pride ourselves on a quality stay. All bedding has been replaced. Like Benidorm. That’s unfair to a great 12 month family area. Only 1 high rise hotel, (Benidorm has at least 100). No hen/stag parties, 100% family resort. Great golf courses and beaches and Mediterranean restaurants to choose from. A great area for the family to relax and enjoy fabulous weather

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
