Situated in idyllic surroundings, with not just 1 swimming pool on your doorstep but 9 others to choose from! Lomas Del Golf is within walking distance of the famous Villamartin Plaza, where you have many Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Banks, a Pharmacy and Supermarket. There are local Riding Stables just a stroll away. The south facing patio to the front overlooks the large communal swimming pool and gardens. There is ample parking outside and security gates to the complex. With front and back patio locking gates, the apartment is ideal for small children.
The shopping complex at La Zenia Boulevarde has entertainment for all the family, 150 shops, 5,000 car parking spaces and offers a variety of different types of food. The town of Torrevieja is a short drive away with evening markets, harbour and numerous restaurants.
Cheers Bar' is a lively English owned bar with very friendly staff, just a short walk from the apartment. All sports events are shown here! They have great entertainment on throughout the summer months, almost every night of the week. It overlooks the San Miguel Bowls Club which is a nice venue for chilling out, during the day.
Overview
The apartment sleeps 5, with 1 double bed in main bedroom, 1 bunk bed plus 1 single bed in bedroom 2. It consists of lounge/dining area, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, utility room, external understairs storage and large patio areas to front and rear (the front patio is south facing and catches the sun all day!). Air conditioning in both bedrooms is available for an extra charge of 35 euros per week.
The Pool
The communal pool is 20 yards to the left of the front gate and is surrounded by a lawned area, with a separate children's paddling pool. It is the largest of the pools on the site. There are a number of other communal pools that can also be used, should you find any pool too busy. Pictures of some of these are located in our gallery. There are also a number of local beaches approximately 5 minutes drives away.
Living Area
The lounge has a table with 4 chairs, flat screen television with satellite tv and dvd player. There is also DVDs, books and games which can be found in the sideboard in the lounge. The lounge and bedrooms all have ceiling fans, as well as portable fans.
Kitchen & Utility Room
The kitchen has a microwave, gas oven and hob, toaster, kettle, tea towels and plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. The breakfast bar has two stools. In the utility room there is a washing machine, fridge freezer, hot water boiler, ironing board and iron, clothes dryer, hoover and cleaning equipment.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. This room has a door which leads to the rear patio. Additional bedding and blankets can be found in wardrobes in the main bedroom. A hairdryer is also supplied for guests' use. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds plus a single bed, a bedside cabinet and two chests of drawers.
Patio and Terrace Area
The apartment has large spacious patios to the front and the rear. Both have recently been improved by being tiled and are enclosed by walls and a gate. There is also a terrace to the front of the apartment, with sun canopy, making it ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the sun, whilst being able to view the pool area. There is a patio table with four chairs and a parasol, plus two sun loungers.
A car is recommended to enjoy all what the area has to offer.
