From the owner

Fully equipped luxury apartment built in 2003, furnished to a very high standard. Large open plan living/dining room. Two double bedrooms Master with ensuite and White leather double bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds and a family bathroom. In the living room there are two 3-seater sofas. WIFI, flat screen TV & DVD player. The TV is internet based with English channels. Fully equipped kitchen to include, frost-free fridge freezer, washing machine, full oven with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster etc. The terrace has beautiful rattan furniture with a sofa, coffee table and two chairs. Two beautiful swimming pools exclusive to the complex with plenty of space to relax and has lovely landscaped gardens. We have two full sun loungers and two sun chairs. A five-minute walk to the plazza opposite boasting 30 bars, restaurants and shops including a chemist. New to the area is the beautiful La Zenia Boulevard boasting over 100 shops including Zara, Primark a bowling centre and family restaurants, coffee shops and a children's adventure Park, cooling mist and water fountains for the children to run through, with lots of free parking. Local sports including the wonderful golf courses, horse riding, tennis, and bowls within easy reach. Not to mention the beautiful beaches of La Zenia and Caba Roig & the wonderful town of Torrevieja close by. The apartment is located just 20mins south of Torrevieja and only 10 mins away from the beautiful coastal resort of the famous Mar Menor where the exclusive mud is a world-wide phenomenon! Here the locals bathe in the mud for youthful skin every Sunday then while away the hours in the local restaurants. There is lots to do in the surrounding areas, plenty of local markets, just about one going on every day of the week. You can hire bicycles and take the kids to the go-kart track which is only 5 mins drive near the local beach. The motorway is close by if you fancy going further afield in a short time, Benidorm being only 1 1/2 hr away. Or if you prefer take the A332 coastal road and pass through beautiful Spanish villages enroute. Go inland and you will find the fabulous mountains and breathtaking scenery, not to mention the local villages producing tasty wine and traditional cuisine. There is lots to do and to see in the surrounding areas.

Why can't I call Deborah (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Deborah (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Deborah (the owner) a message.

If Deborah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
