From the owner

Fabulous detached villa ideal for families and golfers. Private pool and large outdoor space including private astro turf lawned garden with patio seating area, BBQ and extra large outdoor dining table, paved open space suitable for bat and ball games etc and plenty of poolside space for sun loungers. The villa has it's own private driveway. All rooms are air conditioned (cold or hot) and wi-fi is available on request (see note below)

The front entrance has a covered porch which opens directly in to the lounge and dining area with kitchen. The lounge has two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with English channels. The dining table will accommodate 6 people and the kitchen includes all the usual amenities.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has an en-suite bath/shower room and built in wardrobe. This bedroom leads on to a balcony through patio doors, where there is a table & chairs overlooking the pool, just perfect for morning breakfast or late evening Prosecco! Two further bedrooms and the second bathroom are found downstairs:- Twin bedroom and Bunk bedroom. The bunk bedroom can be used as a small double bed or 2 x small single beds. The villa also has an additional guest z- bed. (please note there is no designated bedroom for this guest bed but there is plenty of space within the Villa to accommodate it) Maximum occupancy is 7 people.

The villa has an excellent location, just 2 minutes walk from the famous Villamartin Plaza with an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from and a well stocked supermarket. At the rear of the plaza is a childrens' games area with air hockey tables/pool tables./arcade games (dependant on time of year of your stay) and in peak season trampolines The local bus and taxi service are just outside the plaza. It's perfect for golfers as the Villamartin Golf Course is directly opposite with other courses just a short drive away. A few minutes walk in the opposite direction, you can find Los Dolses Plaza which has cafe bars & restaurants and provides local bike hire, and the newly opened La Zenia Boulevard shopping Mal is a 5 minute car journey away. The blue flag, La Zenia beach is also a 5 minute car ride away or you can hop on the beach bus which runs on the hour during peak season.

The local area provides lots of leisure activites such as, go karts, water park, horse riding, quad bikes, canoeing, jet skis , Archery, pedalos, cinema, bowliing etc. There is a street market in Playa Flamenca every Saturday (just up from the Boulevard). Torrevieja is only a 15 minute drive and has a beautiful sea front and Marina offering boat trips and during the summer months there is a fun fair every night and a popular street market.

Important Information/Terms:-

There is a compulsory 80 euros end of stay cleaning & laundry fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. Please note that this fee is subject to change at any time. The current Covid-19 virus control sanitisation requirements may incur additional costs due to extended cleaning. Guests will be notified of this as soon as the information has been provided to us.

A Security Bond is required (in the unlikely event of any breakages or failure to comply with house rules which in turn incur additional costs for owners).Holiday Lettings booking site will save guest payment details securely and only charge guests in the event of a damage claim.

Call - Out charges: If you require our agent to visit the villa during your stay, there may be a 15 euro call out charge. This will depend on the reason for the visit and the price of this may alter due to the time requested to visit the property.

As per the Booking Policy it is Strictly No Smoking in the villa and the villa grounds. Damage/security deposit will be claimed should the cleaners report the smell of smoke within the villa after departure.

No pets.

Linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. Please provide your own beach towel.

Thank you for leaving your review and we appreciate all your comments. To answer some of the comments, we have plans this year to increase our outdoor storage which means that some of the things currently stored inside can be moved outside. We are also replacing some crockery and pans etc on our next visit which is at the end of March and at that time will also address the shower. The boiler is a standard size for the villa and provides enough hot water for occupants based on showering for an average amount of time per person but please accept our apologies if it did not meet your needs. As for cleaning, our normal cleaners were on holiday and we were using relief cover so again I have to apologise that it wasn't up to our usual standard. Our villa doesn't have central heating so in the Winter months is colder but heat is provided via the air conditioning units. We don't normally switch these on before guests arrive in case there are delays but I take your comments on board and thank you for them. I am glad on the whole you found your stay comfortable and liked the area.

How do damage deposits work?
