Onze luxe penthouse ligt op de 2e verdieping en is met een lift te bereiken en biedt alle comfort om heerlijk te ontspannen na een dagje zonnen, wandelen, sporten of winkelen.

Er is een flatscreen televisie met satelietontvangst (o.a. Nederlandse, Belgische, Engelse en Duitse zenders), DVD speler, Bluetooth muzieksysteem en ZEER SNEL internet (tot 400Mbs).

De twee slaapkamers zijn voorzien van boxsprings, airconditioning en bieden plaats aan 4 personen.

De woonkamer is van airconditioning voorzien en centrale verwarming. Dit in combinatie met het balkon welke op het zuiden is georiënteerd maken dit apartement ook zeer geschikt voor overwinteren.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust met o.a. een koel/vries combinatie, inductie kookplaat, oven, magnetron, Senseo koffieapparaat, waterkoker, en wasmachine. Verder zijn alle standaard huishoudelijke apparaten aanwezig.

Op de 3e verdieping (niet met lift bereikbaar) bevindt zich een gezamenlijk dakterras waar u heerlijk kunt barbecuen, loungen en zonnebaden. U heeft hier een mooi uitzicht over het Spaanse landschap.

Het apartement is voor mindervaliden toegankelijk door de aanwezigheid van een lift.

Op het complex is een afgesloten parkeerterrein aanwezig.

Het Villamartín Plaza op 10 min. loopafstand biedt keuze uit diverse restaurants en barretjes en voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. Het leeft hier het gehele jaar.

U kunt kilometerslang wandelen langs de prachtige kust. Om te zonnebaden kunt u kiezen uit diverse mooie stranden (o.a.La Zenia, Cabo Roig, El Capitán, Campoamar etc.) en van april tot en met november genieten op de terrasjes van de gezellige strandtentjes.

In Torrevieja (op ca 10 km afstand) kunt u heerlijk flaneren op de kilometerslange boulevard en u vindt er veel uitgaansgelegenheden.

In de dorpen rondom Villamartín kunt u iedere dag wel een plaatselijke markt bezoeken en ook winkelcentra vindt u op korte afstand.

Voor de shopaholics .... Het grootste winkelcentrum van de Costa Blanca, La Zenia Boulevard, bevindt zich op 4 km afstand van ons appartement in La Zenia!

De steden Murcia, Elche, Cartagena en Alicante zijn de moeite waard om te bezoeken. U vindt daar diverse musea en monumentale gebouwen. Er zijn natuurparken, aquaparken, dierentuinen, kortom u verveelt zich geen moment!

Voor de golfliefhebbers zijn er vele prachtige golfterreinen. De omgeving is een waar golfwalhalla!

Op loopafstand (500 m) van het complex treft u het prachtige golfterrein Villamartín aan. De golfterreinen Las Ramblas en Campoamar zijn op minder dan 3 km te bereiken.

Villamartín ligt op minder dan 40 minuten afstand van het vliegveld Alicante en 20 minuten van het vliegveld van Murcia (San Javier). Ryanair, Vueling en Transavia vliegen regelmatig vanuit Rotterdam, Maastricht, Eindhoven, Weeze (Düsseldorf), Amsterdam op Alicante. Vaak tegen heel voordelige tarieven.

Wij kunnen ook via onze beheerders zorgen voor vervoer van het vliegveld Alicante of Murcia naar ons appartement.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment met all our needs, is fully equipped, comfortable and large enough for 4 adults. The communication with the owner was brilliant. We will definitely book again

Fantastische woning met alle noodzakelijke benodigdheden. Appartement is schoon en heeft fijne bedden. Zeer zeker een aanrader. Wel een auto nodig maar daarentegen een heerlijk rustige buurt.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maurice (the owner) a message.

If Maurice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
