This a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath fully equipped apartment in the PAU 8 area of Villamartin only an 8 minute walk to the world famous Villamartin Plaza. It's fantastic location makes it an ideal holiday home for Golf, Beaches, Entertainment and plenty of Spanish sun!!! The apartment is located in a gated community in the heart of the holiday area of Spain. You enter the apartment to a massive fully fitted kitchen with al the mod cons you could imagine in a holiday home. The living room is also large with a comfy corner sofa ideal to sit back and watch the full UK TV package on the flat screen television or use the FREE WIFI. The apartment gets loads of natural light with windows all around and peaceful views into the communal garden area from the living room. There is a good size terrace from the living room where you can sit and enjoy the day to the lovely views of the gardens or enjoy a romantic meal. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite shower room and as well you can enter the terrace to wake with a morning coffee. The guest bedroom has 2 large twin beds and both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. both bedrooms have AIRCON!! There is a full family bathroom as well. A car is not necessary but is an added bonus. This modern luxury style apartment is ideal for all holidays for either couples, families or golfers, simply a fantastic holiday home in Spain.

Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from plus the Villamartin Golf Course is on your door, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Villamartin Plaza with over 40 restaurants and bars to choose, from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Oneida James of Joe Cocker's band and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor, location location location!!!! Let your In The Sun Holidays Rep help make your plans!

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out. We have a hands on approach to insure guest have the best holiday possible. We insist that during their stay, “Should anything happen they are to phone, NOT text so we can sort the problem immediately”

This apartment has been enjoyed by many as well as complimented. These particular people simply tried for a free holiday. How is a washing machine dirty? Owners in day after their departure and over the moon. As for dust, well it is Spain, what can be said! People of this nature we request to find alternative countries to visit!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
