Our second superb luxury ground floor apartment in a new development from Urmosa called Altos del Mediterraneo situated in an excellent location in Los Dolses close to all local amenities including four first class golf courses such as Las Colinas, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin,  For the non golfers, close by we have the ever popular La Zenia Boulevard shopping center and the superb Blue flag beach of La Zenia.  This flagship development offers secure off road parking, outdoor pool with decking and in indoor pool, gymnasium and spa area.  This all combines to make this apartment an excellent choice for your next break here on the Costa Blanca.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is easily accessible through the communal open air entrance and internally it provides a sense of space and light with an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with large patio doors at the end of the lounge leading to a very large private, covered terrace for soaking up all that Spanish sunshine.  The lounge benefits from a flat screen TV and a cable television system offering UK, Swedish, Norwegian and Spanish freeview television channels.  Hot and cold air conditioning is ducted throughout the apartment and the whole apartment is covered by superfast wifi.  The kitchen is fully fitted and very modern as are both the main bathroom fitted with a half bath and shower and the en-suite bathroom which has a walk in shower.  Both bedrooms are very good sizes with the guest bedroom having twin beds and built in wardrobes and the master bedroom has a double bed with built in wardrobes and access to the en-suite.  The large terrace has been divided into two sections separated by Glass Curtains so you can enjoy the sensation of dining outside even if there is a breeze. Furnished to a very high standard with modifications for disabled access and with lots amenities on site we are sure you will love this apartment.

Had a great time at Los Altos del Mediterraneo loved the apartment was spotlessly clean had everything we needed. Pool was also lovely everywhere was very clean. We were even allocated our own parking… More

Great location for shops, bars and restaurants. Apartment was lovely, clean tidy and smartly furnished. Key holder met us on time when we arrived and similarly for us to checkout. Would stay again.

Great apartment Everything in brand new condition. Close to amenities. 15 min walk to Villamartin plaza. 15 min walk to la zenia boulevard. 2 min walk to Los Dolses (bars, cafes)

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
