New on the rental market, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom south facing apartment decorated to high standards, has AIRCONDITIONING and is perfect for all types of holidays in Spain, golf, beach, family or even just a quiet holiday, this home offers it all. The apartment comprises of a very large livingroom seating 6 with flatscreen TV and the full UK program package plus free WIFI. From the living room you can reach the spacious balcony with beautiful views over the wooded area by the apartment, simply a peaceful and relaxing view. There is a massive American style fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons. The master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite shower room as well built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds plus built in wardrobes. There is a large family bathroom also. All in all it is easy to understand why this is the perfect holiday home.

The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the Los Dolses commercial centre with bars and restaurants as well a grocery store and a bank. There is a wide choice from breakfast eateries to Indina and Chinese and more. There is also the famous Villamartin Plaza just few further few minutes away with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining with a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the Plaza puts on entertainment in the central plaza so simply sit on your balcony and watch. Just a perfect place to be.

The surrounding area features golf galore with the Campo de Golf Villamartin just a 2 minute drive away and many others such as Las Rambles and Campoamor Golf Course. The La Zenia beach is also just a few minutes drive as well plus several others should you choose. If not the beach you can spend a day or two in the largest shopping mall in Europe, Zenia Blvd just a few minutes drive away. You will find all of the high street shops from Zara to Primark! A Hiper market grocery store and Casino as well.

The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat. You can see why this is such a perfect location for any holiday rental in Spain or the Costa Blanca, food, fun and sand, what else would you want on your holiday. There is so much to offer you will not even need to hire a car.

As with all In The Sun Holiday apartments, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice and Sangria to start the holiday right!

We always meet guest at the property, show them in and explain everything about the property. We are on hand 24/7 during their stay to assist with any issue they may have or suggestions of things to do. We personally check guest out. We have a hands on approach to insure guest have the best holiday possible. We insist that during their stay, “Should anything happen they are to phone, NOT text so we can sort the problem immediately”

I have just noticed this ridiculous review, it's quite obvious you were the problem, look at what you wrote about the pool! As well you never wrote the problems we had with you, having to go deal with the issues you were creating. It's odd how only you rate this apt low, everyone else very high, I think that says all it needs to about your behavior. Please choose another country on your next holiday!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
