Apartment in Villanúa (Between Jaca and the ski resorts of Astun and Candanchu). France is only fifteen minutes by car. Formigal and Panticosa are also fairly close. It is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, climbing, caves and ravines. Winter snowshoe, ski, snowboard .... You will find more information about activities in the guide that we offer when booking. The apartment is on the ground floor, overlooking Collarada and a private garden of the residence, ideal for family reunions, picnics and games. The apartment has central heating and look north, the fresh mountain. Not ideal for trifles or scantily clad people. The garden is enclosed so children can be easily supervised (possible even from the apartment). The residence has a private tennis court and there is a paddle and a sports center nearby. Paseito a 5 'walk is enough to access a wonderful public swimming pool nestled in a beautiful setting between mountains, a small supermarket and several restaurants very good. It is an apartment of 54m2 including storage. The bedroom has a bunk bed and a closet. All have very warm quilts. There are extra blankets to keep warm without harming the environment. American kitchen with nuevos.Completamente furnished and equipped (microwave, refrigerator, TV ...). The jewel of the apartment is a fireplace that gives a great atmosphere to the apartment.

We live in Zaragoza and quite possibly can not see us, although we have a person who helps us with the house cleaning, linen and towels as well as managing the keys.

Why can't I call Alvaro (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alvaro (the owner) a message.

If Alvaro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
