This bright and modern apartment is arranged on two levels with the living areas and all the bedrooms having double height vaulted ceilings. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms on the entry level and a further bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs, along with two further stacking beds in a mezzanine area. The mezzanine area is also equipped with bean bags, a comfy window seat and a large desk (in case you want to bring some work with you). A large south facing balcony offers unparalleled panoramic views over the Chablais valley, 1200m below, and the Swiss and French Alps beyond.
This is a fabulous base for winter sports enthusiasts as well as summer walkers, cyclists and golfers. Even non-golfers will appreciate the view from the world class 18-hole golf course just 15 minutes away.
The flat is fully equipped with flat screen TV and UK satellite box with pause, record and playback. There is a DVD player with a diverse library of around 140 DVD titles. Also available is a DAB radio and CD player and you can stream your favourite tunes from your MP3 player via the Bluetooth link. There is a second TV / DVD / CD player on the mezzanine level. Both wired and wireless (WIFI) internet connections are available. There's also a selection of books, board games (including Trivial Pursuit) playing cards and jigsaws.
The apartment has its own domestic washer / dryer but you also have free use of the larger semi-professional equipment in the ground floor laundry room. You also have the benefit of a lockable private garage with internal access to the lobby area. A communal ski-room is equipped with ski/snowboard racks and boot storage. A travel cot is provided free of charge.
Finally, we understand how important your pet is to you so we welcome well-behaved pets at Champ d'Hermines. However, please note that we must make an additional charge if the apartment requires extra cleaning as a result of pets.

The rental rate is fully inclusive of all bed linen, bathroom towels, tea towels, electricity, heating, pre / post stay cleaning & laundry (additional mid-stay cleaning can be arranged if required), key handover & collection. However, please note that the rental rate excludes any extra time that may be required to clean the apartment due to the condition in which you have left it (e.g. cleaning a dirty oven, hob, pans, removing stains or cleaning up after pets) as well as replacement of any logs that you have used and not replaced. The rental rate also excludes the mandatory Tourist Tax (Taxe de Sejour) which is payable direct at the Tourist Office.
