From the owner

La Roseraie (the Rose Garden) is a spacious and modern apartment with direct access to the river path that takes you into the town or just a little further into the valley.

Named after the mature rose garden that adorns the private entrance, La Roseraie has plenty of secure parking, is both dog and child friendly, and features a double bedroom and lounge where we can add a small single bed (please advise us that this is required at the time of booking). There is plenty of space for up to three adults.

There is a well equipped modern kitchen with cooking equipment, stove and fridge with a small freezer compartment plus a coffee machine and electric kettle.

Outside, there is a south-east facing terrace, accessible from the living room, where you can look out over the orchard and admire the view of the surrounding hills from sunrise to sunset. You also have a garden at the front, which is reserved for your exclusive use.

A short walk through the back garden and you will find yourself on the pretty, car free river path and after a short (flat) walk, you will reach the historic town centre where there is always something to see and do.

Why can't I call Emma (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Emma (the owner) a message.

If Emma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
