Villa Helene is a warm and welcoming Belle Epoque villa. The villa went through an bigger renovation during spring/summer 2016. We had focus on keeping all the important and authentic details when we performed the renovation job.

The exterior and interior is renovated and the villa is painted in warm and delicate colors. The villa enjoy a panoramic seaview over Villefranche Sur Mer and St. Jean Cap Ferrat . There is a large garden around the house with a lot of small private areas.. The property is exposed to sun all day long and there is no insight from neighbours which ensure a very private and relaxing atmosphere.

As the Villa is new on the market Summer 2016 we are offering the Villa at discounted rates for Autumn 2016

The house has three floors consisting of basement, first floor with original hallway from 1925, entrance into studio, kitchen, livingroom, and second floor with bedrooms (3) pluss bathrooms (2). The separate studio consists of bedroom and bathroom.

Short distance to bus stop for buses to Nice, Monaco and Beaulieu Sur Mer.

10 min. walk to the old city in Villefranche

Perfect house in a perfect place with beautiful views

Perfect place for our group - total 8 persons - close to public transportation and grocer's shop. Lovely terrace for BBQ or just for relaxing and enjoy the amacing views. Hope to visit again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jon Gisle (the owner) a message.

If Jon Gisle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
