This modern two-bedroom duplex house is located on a modern golf and country club development, overlooking the 16th tee and fairway of the golf course. The development, known as “Golf Panoramica”, is just inland from the small typically Spanish, seaside resorts of Vinaros and Benicarlo.

The house is is bright and airy, and finished in a modern style. It has accommodation on two floors, and has air conditioning throughout (hot and cold), large wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living room, and full WIFI internet. There is a fully-equipped, modern kitchen with built-in units and granite worktops, dining area for up to six persons. There are panoramic views from the house and large south-facing patio/terrace off the lounge and balcony off the bedrooms over the landscaped garden area and communal swimming pool facilities of the three San Jordi properties.

There is ample outdoor furniture for sitting and dining-out on the patio/terrace, with sun loungers provided along the poolside. We provide a coolbox and picnic facilities, with beach equipment and chairs for days out to the beach and countryside.

This property is an ideal choice for those who wish to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Spanish countryside but with easy access to seaside resorts and inland mountain countryside.

The house is only 15 minutes drive to the beaches, cafes, bars and restaurants at Vinaros, with plenty of shops and supermarkets for your main shopping. The larger resort of Peniscola, with its Old Town and castle, shops and seafront facilities is just another 15 minutes drive away after Vinaros - with the added bonus of a championship golf course on-site.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simon (the owner) a message.

If Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
