This accommodation is part of the Podere Zollaio apartments. The Mansarda is a spacious open plan studio apartment with private balcony. It has a well equipped kitchenette, a dining area a shower room, a double bed, a single bed and a lounge area with satellite TV a two seater sofa and a single sofa bed.

The apartment is accessible via an external spiral staircase. The private balcony is equipped with a parasol, table and chairs for "al fresco" dining and affords great views over Vinci village and the surrounding countryside.

It is the perfect retreat for romantic couples.

This apartment is accessible via an external winding staircase which makes you feel on top of the world when you get to the top, but could make you feel a little dizzy if you are scared of hights. We are happy to help with the luggage!

The shared pool is 5mx12m with a shallow and a deep end. By the pool there are sun loungers, parasols, a shower and a whirlpool.The swimming pool whirlpool area are ideally located to enjoy the views and the sun.

For the joy of your palate we produce our own excellent extra virgin olive oil. Images speak more than words and we can assure you that the reality is even more beautiful. Simply treat yourself to a holiday with us.

We are always on site to answer any question, to offer help and advice or to give a tour of the vineyard and the olive groves.

.We live on site, so we are always available in case of problems, to give advice, or just for a chat if our guests wish to learn more about the local area or the olive oil production. We like to interact with our guests, to learn more about them but we are very careful not to disturb their privacy. Some of our cats are also very friendy and they are expert in PR. As for the donkeys they like to let our guests know that they are there and that they are welcome to go and pet them...but mind the fingers

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
