Casa Eden is a stone built farmhouse located at 4 Km from Vinci on the Montalbano hill.

It has views that space from Livorno (50 Km) to S.Gimignano (50 Km).

It is the pefrectly located to explore Tuscany, the main cities of art and to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the tuscan countryside.

Casa Eden is a 3 storey house that can accommodate up to 17 people: on the ground floor there is a large well equipped kitchen, the dining room and a toilet.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms one of which is en-suite, a room with 3 single bed and a shower room.

On the second floor there is a family room with a double bed and a single bed, a room with 3 single beds, a en-suite room with a double zip&link bed, a shower room and a audio-video room with a DVD player. All the bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds.

Outside there is a nice terrace with table and chairs for "al fresco" dining, a barbecue, the garden with a gazebo and trees that provide a welcome shade during the summer months and a swimming pool. For our younger guests we have a slide, a sand pit and a lot of space to explore.

    Hi Bonnie, thank you so much for such a great review! We are glad you all had a pleasant stay. I think you are right when you suggest that April is an axcellent month for visiting Italy. Duly noted the comment about the washng machine as for the dryer, in fact they do exist in Italy and are used by people living in cities or during the wet winter months, however as we live in the coutry, we are quite sensitive about environmental issues as we see climate changes first hand and we think that the sun is the best "green" option for drying clothes in the warmer months.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chiara (the owner) a message.

    If Chiara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
