A nice apartment located in a quiet and cozy home, ideal for spending a beach holiday or for a business trip. It is located a short walk from FAIR and RIMINI ITALY IN MINIATURE. The apartment is on the second floor of the house and includes a spacious living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with washer and services. Also it includes TV, wireless and air conditioning. The apartment sleeps 4 people with: 1 double bed in the bedroom + 2 single beds in the living room. Every person over 4 provided pay 16 € / night. Although the house is located in front of a side street station, the apartment is very quiet because located on the opposite side to the sleepers. A few steps away is the seafront with all shops, bars and restaurants on the beach. The area is well served by public transportation: a few meters from the house is the bus stop 4, the Viserba railway station 5 minutes walk away, the highway exit Rimini Nord at 10 minutes and 20 minutes to Rimini South. Being animal lovers we accept them willingly, as long as the owners if they know how to manage in an apartment it is impossible to set them free in the yard.

It was a well equipped flat, very clean and neat. Very central, about 2 min walk from a very nice part of the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Carlo e Beatrice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
