L'appartamento A Priori affaccia su Piazza del Gesù, giudicata la Piazza medioevale più rappresentativa della città a livello architettonico, con la chiesa, la fontana, la torre, tutti simboli distintivi di quel periodo.
La struttura è arredata con cura ed in maniera originale (letti costruiti artigianalmente con travi di castagno dei Monti Cimini) e mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti un ampio salone con cucina completamente attrezzata e letto singolo, una confortevole camera matrimoniale con un altro letto singolo ed un amio bagno con grande doccia.
L'appartamento dispone inoltre di un ampio giardino attrezzato con tavoli, sedie, divano, ombrelloni ed angolo bar, ideale per godere di tranquilli momenti di relax e per mangiare all'aperto.
Nel giardino è possibile ospitare animali di piccola e media taglia.
Nelle immediate vicinanze i nostri ospiti troveranno Piazza San Lorenzo, meglio conosciuta come Piazza del Duomo, con il celebre Palazzo dei Papi e le suggestive stradine e archi del più antico quartiere cittadino, San Pellegrino.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Silvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
