From the owner

It’s a splendid villa with a big park and private swimming-pool situated 1,5 km from the motorway exit “Vittorio Veneto Sud” and 1 km from the town centre. The main railway station is 1,5 km away but there’s a smaller station called Soffratta only 600 meters from the villa. Less than 100 metres away there is also a bus stop that serves the entire town.

The villa is also just a few feet from a couple of large supermarkets, a fitness spa among the most important of the province.

The mansion house is set in a 18.000 square metre park and is a focal point of greenery for whole town. In the park you will find imposing tall trees and it is a perfect location for a relaxing walk and a rest on the benches that are placed throughout the area.

The villa has a private swimming pool (dimension 14 meters X 7 meters) only for villa Casagrande's guests, lawn chairs, parasols, beach umbrellas, and a gazebo.

The owners live in a adiacent building separate from the main villa, with private entrance. Privacy is guaranteed to all villa Casagrande’s guests.

Villa Casagrande is a 2-floor house. On the ground floor, there’s a grand entrance which overlooks a big living room (100 square meters) with large bright windows and with a view of the park. It has wooden floors with ancient handmade furniture, as well as several carpets and paintings. On the raised floor of the living room, there are two sofas for 2 persons and a music centre. There is also a 6-person angular sofa and, on the opposite side, a big sofa with 3 armchairs.

The Villa Casagrande’s dining room is quite spacious, there’s a big 12-person table (extending up to 16) with a very unique stone fireplace and antique hand-carved furniture.

Moreover, the room presents a majestic rug and several paintings. The dining room as well has a view of the park.

In the 25 square metre kitchen there’s another fireplace, a stove, kitchen range, dishwasher and all facilities that you may need like microwave, blender, slicer, coffee machine, and a big 500-liter fridge. In the kitchen there’s a 6-person table. On the same floor, there’s a bathroom.

On the second floor there’s a spacious suite, as big as the living room downstairs. It’s composed of a long corridor with several paintings on the walls, a big room with a king-size bed, and a beautiful and picturesque view of the park, two outdoor balconies, a small room separated by a curtain with another king-size bed and window looking to the park, a free space with big closets and a chair-bed. Moreover, there’s a bathroom with all facilities (bath, shower, bidet).

The villa has other 3 rooms, each one of a different colour. The yellow one, is well-furnished with a king-size bed, closet, furniture, TV and view of the park. The green room is in a mountain chalet style with typical furniture from Trentino Alto Adige, closet, television and queen-size bed. The orange room is composed of two single beds and a closet.

In the attic a cosy double bed-room with private bathroom with shower.

All rooms have wooden floors, bathrooms, stairs and the entrances are in green marble with dark patterning. Bathrooms are equipped with a dryer. All rooms have a free WiFi connection.

Also available is a washing machine with space for drying clothes and a big private car park.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Livio (the owner) a message.

If Livio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
