Welcome to Casa Moreda, a quiet corner among lavender, rosemary, olive trees and laurel...step in and look around. We have opened the door of our home for guests looking for comfort, privacy and the positive atmosphere of a house with character, full of details.

We can accommodate 8 persons (4 rooms with 3 bathrooms)One room with en suite bedroom have a separate entrance. The exit is in the garden and kitchen terrace. The large kitchen and the living room with a fireplace open the door to the Mediterranean garden, where summer evenings by the pool are just unforgettable. The summer kitchen for all seasons, fully equipped, for those who like cooking and barbequing.

Use the house for relaxation and as the starting point for exploring Istria, a magic and beautiful Croatian region.Casa Moreda is located in an ideal position to explore the green and the blue Istria, because the coast and the interior are at only 10 to 45 minutes' drive by car on the highway or a local road. Pebble beaches are just at a 10 minutes' drive in the fishing town of Fasana with several excellent seafood restaurants, Pula with the amphitheatre at a 15 minutes', and the picturesque Rovinj at only 30 minutes' drive from here.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elizabeta (the owner) a message.

If Elizabeta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
